I placed an online order and allowed 35 minutes for pickup. The food was excellent as always, however I was disappointed that I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my order beyond my requested pickup time. Next time I'll select ASAP.

I'm a fan of Mandarin House, however my last online order was not ready for pickup at the designated time (I had placed the order over an hour prior) and we had to wait an additional 30 minutes once we arrived for our food. Very disappointed.

I have been going to Mandarin House for a long time. They are very nice people and I was afraid that they would never reopen. I am glad that they are open. Also, their food is good. My whole family has favorites. I can't wait the buffet to reopen.

While the food was good, the half hour wait was not. They need to come up with an alternative method for processing orders during the pandemic. Not sure we will go back

Always fresh. Great price. Missed our egg rolls, but gave us free donuts. They are still working out their social distancing practices. Give this place a chance, great American Chinese.

Let down, no fried crunchies with the soup in my take away. Bought 4 qts of soup and they forgot the crunchies. The food was great, as aways, just a bummer about the crunchies.

We had a few special orders (no onions, extra spicy). Most were prepared as requested. We never (at any Chinese place in Huntsville) can get things made truly spicy-hot, though. All of the portions were very large, food was steaming hot, even when I got home with it. I will order from Mandarin House again.

I placed the order online, arrive on time, and then wait almost 15 minutes for the food to come out. And the beef in the beef and mushrooms wasn't able to be chewed. Maybe a better experience as a buffet, but will not order carry out again.

When I put in notes to add a little bit of spiciness to a mild dish with option to have it spicy, I would appreciate it if it was honored and not ignored.

Only issues we had was they forgot to include the crispy noodles for our soup. Would have given them 5 stars, but we LOVE crispy noodles.
